In our three years’ history we have successfully executed around 60 events for great number of organizations and companies. Terms of work

  1. Introductory Meeting – presentation of the Agency and getting basic information about the event
  2. Agreement of Intent - brief filled in by the potential Client, which has a form of nonobligatory agreement
  3. Two offers - presentation to the Client of at least 2 concepts or ideas
  4. Agreement of cooperation – time line & action plan
  5. Final Scenario - design project of the future event
  6. Event Execution
  7. Final Report - holding of the event after meeting and client presentation of the final report (we also provide the Client with a special form filled in by the focus group of event guests and press clipping)

  2. Branding of the event – logo, promotional materials, web page
  3. Vision: To create a meeting environment in which attendees from all over the world with different functions (sales, marketing, finance, operations and management) feel individually important, but also part of the company’s bigger picture. Also, to provide an environment in which learning is facilitated and retention is enhanced.

    Execution: Use the logo extensively — awards, badges, decor, Web sites. But more than just putting the logo everywhere use the vision of the theme throughout the event to help achieve the objectives.

  4. Logistic of events - management which manage with information given by clients and suppliers. Involves the integration of information, transportation, inventory, finding solution for the problems. Logistics is a channel of information from suppliers to the client.
  5. Supervision means the act of watching over the work or tasks. Supervision does not mean control of another but professional guidance in a work.
  6. Budgeting of event - is a vital part of event planning because it influences the choices and decisions you make when looking at products or services to include in your event. If possible, know what the available budget is before you start organising your event in any detail.
  7. Event management - is management practice of project management to the creation and development of events. Event Management involves studying the intricacies of the brand, identifying the target audience, devising the event concept, planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects of the proposed event.
  8. Public relations (PR) - is the practice of managing the flow of information between an organization and its publics. (writing and sending of press invitation, press release, extra information, organizing interview, media planning, publishing of promotional texts)

Type of events

  1. Corporate events – business event management is the practice of incorporating business logic into labeling events, communicating events and handling events.
  2. A conference is a meeting on a particular topic. There are: promotional, academic, business, political conferences, forums, debates, round-tables.
  3. Promotion - involves information about a product, product line, brand, or company. It is one of the four key aspects of the marketing mix.

    Promotion is generally sub-divided into two parts:

    • Above the line promotion: Promotion in the media (e.g. TV, radio, newspapers, Internet and Mobile Phones)
    • Below the line promotion: All other promotion. (e.g. sponsorship, sales promotion, direct mail, trade shows, public relations)
  4. Press conference - a press conference is a media event in which newsmakers invite journalists to hear them speak and, most often, ask questions.
  5. Exhibitions – (art, participation on home and international trade shows and fairs)
  6. Special events – closed events, themed events
