- Budgeting of event - is a vital part of event planning because it influences the choices and decisions you make when looking at products or services to include in your event. If possible, know what the available budget is before you start organising your event in any detail.
- Event management - is management practice of project management to the creation and development of events. Event Management involves studying the intricacies of the brand, identifying the target audience, devising the event concept, planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects of the proposed event.
